Mobile Regional Medical Communications Center (Mobile RMCC)

The Mobile RMCC is designed to duplicate the communications capabilities of the Regional Medical Communications Center.  Designed specifically as a Medical interoperable Communications Center,  it is equipped with a 3-position dispatch console system with  VHF , UHF and 800 MHz capabilities – a total of over 1400 channels possible.  Additionally the unit is equipped with an aviation AM band transceiver and amateur radio capabilities in HF through 70cm.  All radios are pre-programmed to meet interoperability requirements of Tennessee’s statewide interoperability plan.   A cross-band interconnect gateway adds to the units ability to function as an interoperable mobile communications center.  A cache of cellular telephones,  laptops,  portable public safety radios and portable amateur radios round out the communications resources.
